1. Who we are

NicheRadar (nicheradar.info) is a community intelligence service that monitors public online communities and delivers weekly synthesized insights to subscribers. The service is operated by an individual developer based in Spain.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the service: your email address, your name (optional), the communities you wish to monitor, your business questions (optional), your language preference, and the date you subscribed. We do not collect browsing data, IP addresses, or any other tracking information.

3. How we use your data

Your email is used exclusively to send you the weekly intelligence reports you subscribed to, and transactional emails related to your subscription (confirmation, unsubscribe confirmation). We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by emailing signals@nicheradar.info.

5. Third-party services

We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose. Resend is GDPR compliant. We use Anthropic's Claude API to synthesize community data — no personal subscriber data is included in these API calls.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at signals@nicheradar.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
